In order to use the features of this page (RSVP and voting on what to play), you need to "sign in" to the page. The surest way to sign in is to click on the sign in link on the upper right of this page. Then either insert your google account userid and password (if you have them), or click through to set one up. Google accounts are free and anonymous.
If you already have a yahoo or AIM account, I believe that you can click on the "follow" button in the lower right, select the provider for your account and log in that way. I've tested it with a yahoo account I have and it seemed to let me interact with the page, but I'm not sure whether that is as reliable as setting up a google account.
If anyone can confirm that the AIM/Yahoo method worked for them (or didn't), please do so in the comments below. Also, anyone who has experience with Blogger and has better information on the sign in issue, please feel free to add that in comments and I will update this post accordingly.
